Last summer holiday,I was staying with my best friend Mark in his farmhouse in the middle of the countryside. I stayed there for about two weeks. We did a lot of enjoyable things together. Every morning, we went to the goats’ pen ready to feed them with the fresh grass. Then, we visited the chicken coop to see if they have laid any eggs. We also tended to other farm animals. It was really fun. In the afternoon, we learned to ride a horse. Mark was a fast learner. Luckily, he patiently helped and taught me, so I could catch up with him.

I shared a room with Mark, and our beds were separated by a table. Every morning, Mark’s mom brought us a cup of hot chocolate in bed after we woke up. It was really nice to be served and spoiled like that. One night, while we were sleeping, I could feel my bed moving. I thought I was dreaming. The next morning, Mark’s mother brought us hot chocolate as usual. When she turned on the lights, we saw that our beds were pushed together and the table had moved. Mark said he didn’t do it, and I didn’t do it. We argued for sometime thinking that one of us must have done it. Finally we realized that none of us could have moved the beds.
