Memahami Simple Present Tense kadang sulit jika tidak disertai contohnya yang mudah dipahami. Sering kali kita bingung tentang 'subject-verb agreement' / kecocokan antara subyek dan kata kerja dalam Simple Present Tense ini. Dan dengan contoh kalimat Simple Present Tense di bawah ini akan membuat anda semakin paham bagaimana jika subyek dari simple present ini berupa HE, SHE, IT, Benda, Nama Orang, atau yang lainnya.
